The Raise3D E2 printer is equipped with two independent extruders with which you can improve your productivity thanks to the two printing modes:
Duplication: This mode allows you to double your efficiency by printing the same part twice at the same time.
Mirror: Ideal for the shoe industry, print your 3D model and its symmetrical copy at the same time to reduce design time.
In addition, the printhead automatically performs an offset calibration to reduce the risk of printing errors.
Safe use in teaching
The Raise3D E2 is fully enclosed to ensure and maintain an appropriate temperature for 3D part printing. It has 2 doors: one on the top of the printer and one on the front. These allow you to have different views of the 3D printing. The sensors on the doors trigger an automatic pause when the doors are opened.
A wide range of materials
Thanks to its adhesive heating plate and its maximum extrusion temperature of up to 300 ° C, the Raise3D E2 is able to print a wide range of filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm.

An ergonomic touch screen
The easy-to-use 7-inch color touchscreen allows you to start printing, switch roles and watch explanatory videos on the various printing processes. You can also use the energy saving mode turn off the screen during printing to save energy.
An improved manufacturing platform
The Raise3D E2 printer has a magnetic manufacturing compartment that is easily detachable and flexible to make it easy to take down 3D parts. The silicone surface reduces possible deformation when printing in 3D. In addition, an automatic offset calibration is integrated, which is supported by a video on the touchscreen. This calibration prevents the risk of failure on the first shift.
An integrated filter system
There is a filter system on the back of the Raise3D E2 to filter the air and particles released during printing. This low-noise filter absorbs 91% of the particles produced during extrusion.
RaiseCloud, an intelligent platform
RaiseCloud was developed by Raise3D and is an ecosystem for managing the printing process. You can monitor and manage your team's impressions. Also, check the workflow and change the settings remotely. In addition, you can combine it with RaiseFactory to run multiple prints at the same time.
Set up your 3D prints with IdeaMaker and its predefined configurations. With its many options, you can get specific configure settings for a printer, filament or model yourself and use them again later. Monitor your printing from your computer with the built-in camera to make sure your printing is running smoothly. You can also connect to the printer via Wi-Fi and send your files directly to it in Gcode.
A filament end detector
The Raise3D E2 printer is equipped with a fine filament sensor to avoid printing errors due to a lack of filament. Printing will stop when the sensor no longer detects filaments. The printer saves the position of the print head so that it can be picked up again at the same point.
You can connect your computer to the printer using a Wi-Fi connection for wireless management, or you can choose a local connection using a USB stick or Ethernet cable.
