Z-SUPPORT ATP is a soluble support filament for printing with Z-ULTRAT, Z-ULTRAT Plus, Z-ABS and Z-ASA Pro. Unlike materials based on PVA or BVOH, it does not dissolve in water, but dissolves in a weak alkali, which is formed when mixed with Z-SUPPORT ATP Activator. Not being water-soluble, the material has become significantly less sensitive to ambient humidity.
Z-SUPPORT ATP is a soluble support thread that has been developed to provide high temperature resistance. Unlike materials based on PVA or BVOH, it dissolves not in water, but in a slightly alkaline solution with Z-SUPPORT ATP activator. Due to the rejection of solubility in pure water, the material has become significantly less sensitive to ambient humidity.
Z-SUPPORT ATP Activator is a complementary solvent developed for use with Z-SUPPORT ATP. When mixed with water, it forms an alkaline solution which is best suited for dissolving Z-SUPPORT ATP. The dissolution rate of Z-SUPPORT ATP depends on the geometry of the model, water circulation and water temperature. Soluble support structures allow you to 3D print complex, detailed shapes with partially enclosed volumes, as well as moving mechanisms in a single operation.

Low moisture absorption

Z-SUPPORT ATP allows you to print geometrically complex models, as they can be easily removed from almost inaccessible places.
Immersed in soft liquor with Z-SUPPORT ATP Activator, the material dissolves completely and leaves no residue on the model.
